Medical care is a fundamental right. Not only in developing countries, also in Germany, you can find a lot of people who have only limited access or even no access at all to the medical system. 

The Medinetz Hamburg aims to offer medical care for everyone. Especially for people without legal papers. Illness doesn’t care about ones residence status. 

 

Who are we ?

We are a network consisting of various organizations and interdisciplinary professions who aim for a better medical care for humans without health care. We offer help with consultation, mediation and medical care.

Our target group includes refugees, EU-residents and homeless people without legal papers.

Since 2013 we meet up regularly to share our experiences. We also engage ourselves politically to work for our goal to create access to the medical care system for everyone.

Medinetz Hamburg works independent from the government and therefore communicates no information to governmental institutions !
